Exchange or Return of Goods

At "Nagi's Electronics", we aim to provide our customers with high-quality electronic goods and a seamless shopping experience. Understanding that sometimes purchases don’t work out, we’ve developed a return policy that respects both our customers' needs and complies with California's consumer protection laws.

Return Period: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return of their electronic goods. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team on support@nagiselectronics.com or by phone 661-267-9908 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the return package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange an item, please follow the same procedure as for returns. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will ship out the replacement item. If there is a price difference, it will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs for the return of defective items and send a replacement at no additional cost or offer a full refund.

Exceptions: Certain items may be exempt from returns or exchanges unless they are defective, including clearance items, custom-made products, and items marked as "Final Sale."

California Consumer Protection: This policy is in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other relevant state laws. Customers residing in California have additional rights regarding the return and exchange of electronic goods, which "Nagi's Electronics" fully honors.
